Beginning with a consultation, we take note of all your ideas and look through your inspiration pictures. We discuss your theme, color palette, flower preferences (your must haves and must-not haves), quantity of arrangements, and an estimated floral budget.

At your second appointment, we will present you with a design proposal which includes a color palette and original design that represents you as a couple on your wedding day. Together, we’ll figure out what works and what doesn't so we can get the design to a place where everyone is excited and happy. This is also the time to consider if you would like a trial or want to see a color or particular type of flower before committing to a design.

In order for us to secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required at the end of this meeting. The deposit allows us to wholly commit our time to you. It also allows you to take home all of the quotes, and ideas prepared for you. Note: We cannot ensure date availability and the proposal and designs stay with us until the deposit is received.
the booking process
Finally, the last appointment will take place 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. At this meeting we’ll take care of last minute changes and update your quote as necessary. We will also take this time to confirm all logistics and point of contact for the day of your wedding. The remaining balance on your account and any other details that need attention in order to make your dream wedding a reality will be discussed.

the final details
As your big day approaches, we source and acquire all the floral varieties for your design. Each stem is processed with the best of preservation products on the market, so your flowers will always look freshly bloomed for the duration of and after your event. Your arrangements are then carefully assembled, packaged and delivered to your venue.
