Here are some of our most popular questions asked and their answers!

A: Since 2012! However A's Floral Designs was established in 2017 many floral arrangements later!

Q: How many other weddings will you schedule on the same day as my wedding?

Q: How long have you been doing floral design?

A: NONE. We only book one wedding per day, so we can entirely focus on your special day. We want to be available to make adjustments should any bumps happen or should you need us. We are all yours on your wedding day.

A: Submit the inquiry form and we will reach out to you, as soon as we confirm availability for your event date, to set up a face to face consultation. Your customized proposal and quote will then be prepared and revealed during our second meeting. We make revisions until you are absolutely in love with your proposal and satisfied with your quote. Your wedding date becomes secure when a 50% deposit is made and our client contract is signed.

Q: What's the difference between a proposal and a quote?

Q: How do I get a quote for my wedding?

A: A proposal has a mood board with inspiration pictures, a color palette and lists all the floral varieties that we intend to use. A quote is an itemized list with pricing that accompanies your proposal.

A: Unfortunately, without a consultation, it is not possible for us to provide you with a quote. There are a lot of details that are considered and discussed during your consultation that can otherwise get missed during email/phone communication. A consultation ensures we get everything right, address your concerns and offer recommendations and suggestions so you can get the most out of your floral budget. A face to face meeting is also your chance to "interview" us and see if we are the best fit for your special day!

A: Yes. We charge a $50 consultation fee. However, it is applied to your total balance when you book services with us! So there is no extra charge for meeting and speaking with us. We just want to be sure that we will see you on consultation day (seriously, we put cookies out and everything, because we are so excited to meet with you!)

Q: Can you email me my proposal or can I take home a copy after our second meeting?

Q: Do you charge a consultation fee?

A: Once our client contract has been signed, and your wedding date secured, you are more than welcome to have copies of your proposal and quote.

Q: Can I get a quote over the phone or via email without
a consultation?

A: Yes. We do not stock flowers daily, and pre-order in wholesale quantities for events. We also want to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service and and the most luxurious blooms. Our minimum order amount is $2000.

A: A good start will be to budget at least 10- 15% of your overall wedding budget, keeping in mind that the cost of flowers vary with floral varieties and seasonal availability. If your expectations are lots of Pinterest-perfect wedding florals, then set aside 20-25% of your overall wedding budget. We know all the tricks for helping you stretch your budget and achieving the look your desire and we are happy to discuss them with you at your consultation.

Q: Do you have payment plans?

Q: How much should I budget for wedding flowers?

A: Absolutely! We can accommodate a payment plan that works best for you. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and all final payments must be made 4 weeks prior to your event date. We accept payment in the form of cash, checks and credit/debit cards.
